And a fine hello to you as well Greg. I must commend you on keeping this board up and running. You're a real trooper.

Well I am just finishing the longest weekend of my life. It started on Friday February 6th, 2009 and I finally go back to work tomorrow. I recently contacted the owner of a company I worked for 6 yrs ago here in Tampa to see if he had any openings. It was good timing, he is expanding. I regretted ever leaving that job and never found one quite as good since I left. Best part is when I left there in 2005 it was paying $30,000/yr and now I'll be making $48,000/yr.

The job market here in Tampa Bay has really been awful in the past year. For every opening there have been on average 200 applicants, in some cases even double that. And unfortunately a lot of employers here (especially over here on the Pinellas side of the bay) think $10/hr is a "good wage". Yeah, in 1980...

So this is going to be a challenging week to get back into the routine. But I think it was good for my health to have such a long time off. My migraines are under control now and no more strokes since 2008.

Onward and upward.

REALLY long time no post here for me. GL, I was just thinking about you. I was running and found a black lincoln contennential with the suicide doors (think matrix). and though about you.

You need to move upward and onward and get a facebook account. All the really cool people are on there. Gail, Lew, me, Dana, Trav, et al. Easy way to stay in touch.

Also, super congratulations about your new job. In this economy, that is wonderful news.
